Outside Sales Representative – Restoration Services (1099 Contractor)

BlueWave Restorations, based on Anna Maria Island, is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Outside Sales Representative to help expand our reach throughout the greater Tampa Bay region. We specialize in water, mold, fire, storm, and specialty remediation services, and we’re looking for someone who thrives in a relationship-driven, field-based sales environment.
This is a 1099 commission-based opportunity ideal for self-starters ready to grow with a respected and fast-moving restoration company.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field outreach, referrals, and trade partnerships
- Build a reliable referral network with home inspectors, plumbers, electricians, roofers, real estate agents, CAMs (Community Association Managers), and other related professionals
- Actively participate in local events, real estate networking, and association gatherings
- Conduct site visits to evaluate basic scope, educate property owners, and connect them with our service teams
- Collaborate onsite with our project and office teams to ensure a smooth handoff and client experience
- Follow up on proposals and project estimates to close restoration service contracts
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of sales experience (preferred)
- Restoration, construction, or property service sales experience highly preferred
- Tech-savvy and computer literate – familiarity with apps, CRM tools, and inspection/reporting platforms
- Experience with Encircle software preferred
- Must have reliable vehicle and clean driver’s license
- Organized, dependable, and capable of managing a flexible schedule
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Drug-free workplace – compliance required
- Strong communication and networking skills
